Through the contact form we collect the following data, only what you provide yourself:

• The content of the message you send us
• IP address - processed by Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated (spam) submissions

We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry or arrange a riding session or club service. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us directly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes. Data is processed by the following service providers we use to run the website:

• Google (Gmail) - for receiving and sending contact form emails
• Cloudflare (Turnstile) - to verify that a submission comes from a human, not an automated program

Messages sent via the contact form are not stored in a database on the website server - the form forwards them directly to the club's email address. They are kept there to maintain our communication with you and for possible future contact, until you request their deletion.

You have the right at any time to:

• request access to your personal data
• request correction of inaccurate data
• request deletion of your data
• restrict or object to processing
• lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr, if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully
